Austin Pennington will become an equity partner at Atwood & McCall effective June 1, 2024. As a trial attorney, Austin has deep roots in the courtroom with a background in commercial litigation and legal advising in real estate and construction. With Austin’s extensive experience and expertise, he will contribute greatly to the Atwood & McCall team and enhance their ability to serve clients. Austin will lead both the Civil Litigation Group and the new Real Estate Transaction Group, and together Atwood & McCall will be able to offer a more comprehensive mix of legal services to clients and referral partners.
