Wilson “Bill” Wray earned his sterling reputation as a litigator by focusing on understanding his clients’ goals, providing them with insightful analysis, and aggressively representing their interests. A seasoned litigator with over 25 years of experience representing clients in state and federal courts and arbitrations throughout Texas and the United States, Bill has earned recognition from both clients and peers as one of the region’s top attorneys.
Bill’s experience and expertise includes litigation, arbitration, and mediation in areas such as contract disputes, partnership disputes, breach of fiduciary duty, fraud, oil and gas-related disputes, securities and investment fraud, tax shelter fraud, officer and director liability, real estate disputes, franchise disputes, legal malpractice, and defamation. He is widely recognized for his passionate and insightful approach to his clients’ legal issues as well as his dedication to providing them with the best possible advice and legal representation.
When he is not working, Bill enjoys spending time and travelling in the Mountain West and internationally with his wife, LeAnn, and sons, Thomas and Jonathan. Bill is also passionate about assisting orphans around the world and is the President of the Board of Directors of Hope International, a non-profit international adoption and humanitarian aid agency located in Dallas.
