Licensed in Texas, Victor represents both privately held and publicly traded companies around the world, helping them achieve their business objectives.

In one instance, he successfully secured a multi-million-dollar buyout of a client’s ownership interest in a company. Victor and his wife, Autumn, live in Dallas with their standard poodle, Archie, affectionately known around the office as the “Law Dog” when he visits on Fridays. Victor is especially proud of his two sons, Hunter and Chase. In addition to volunteering annually with the Trinity River Clean-Up, he provides legal assistance to several charitable organizations. Outside of work, Victor enjoys fly fishing, traveling, collecting wine, and exploring Dallas’s vibrant culinary scene.
