Russ is an appellate and complex commercial case litigator, business attorney, and the former general counsel of his family’s own startup. He understands the legal issues facing small companies and has managed business conflicts from beginning to end. Russ makes difficult legal issues easier to understand for his clients, and for the judges, arbitrators and juries who have little or no familiarity with the case and do not have the same stakes in the matter as his clients do. His passion is helping his clients protect their interests.

Russ predominantly works on Commercial Litigation matters and handles depositions, hearings, trial, administrative proceedings, managing large cases, and coordinating and overseeing e-discovery in multimillion dollar and multinational lawsuits.

Because Russ is often sarcastic and has a sense of humor that makes the Sahara seem humid, he avoids writing personal information lest it be misconstrued. He does, however, have a menagerie of animals in and around his home, including the various rescued creatures that his wife just had to take in.
