JULIE A. SOMERS, JD, LLM
With more than eighteen years of experience, Julie has dedicated her legal career to understanding the complexities of intricate asset protection and estate tax planning techniques. She has had the opportunity to work with multiple generations of families, witnessing first-hand the positive impact of a properly structured estate plan on younger generations. Her primary focus is helping her clients break down complex legal language into easier-to-understand concepts to allow them to make well-informed decisions that make the most sense for their families.
Through the creation of numerous Wills, Living Trusts, and various types of Irrevocable Trusts like IDGTs, SLATs, ILITs, and BDGTs, Julie showcases extensive experience in advanced estate and tax planning transactions. Her expertise extends to structuring different Business Entities including Partnerships, LLCs, PAs, Corporations, and Private Foundations.
