When your loved ones die, there is a legal process that must be followed to transfer their assets to their beneficiaries. This process is called probate, and probate requires the filing of a legal action in the local county probate court. The Firm helps families who have lost loved ones through this probate process, which includes admitting the deceased person’s will to probate, getting an executor appointed, preparing the required inventory of assets, sending notices to creditors, and counseling the executor on his or her legal duties for acting as executor.
The Firm works hard to help its clients through this process. It is our goal to take the stress of the probate process off of the loved ones who are left behind.
